The stream cutting my rout. It glistens and sparkles, It dances in the sun. Gives life to white flowers, Where once was gray and dull. It gives motivation, And a bounce in my step.
Water tastes of goodness, It fills up my body, Energy runs through me, And it pushes me on.
When the heat of the sun Makes my vision fussy, I can rest in the shade; The water cools my feet. And on again I go With a smile on my face.
